What influence would the SCO’s security influence have on Kazakhstan between1996 and 2020?While terrorism, extremism, and separatism pose a threat to a peaceful region,Shanghai Cooperation Organization is one of the key organizations fighting against these three evils.Additionally,Kazakhstan has been a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization since its inception.According to official documents and data sources,Kazakhstan has benefited from its membership in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)not just from a security standpoint, but also from a cultural and economic standpoint. This may result from Kazakhstan’s participation in the SCO.On the other side,it is essential to realize that where there is safety, there are also growth and progress prospects."China and Russia are among the primary actors in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO),but Central Asia as a whole can also be regarded a key player. In all of these positions,Kazakhstan is unquestionably in the driver’s seat in the Central Asian region.Kazakhstan is therefore considered one of the most important members of this international organization." expert Yuri Buluktaev,a political scientist and research director at the Institute of Philosophy,Political Science, and Religious Studies of the Council for Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan(Almata),stated.Kazakhstan is one of the most senior members of the SCO and has the capacity to play a key role as a member of the organization,a position we strongly support.Yet,other SCO members have shown their support for Kazakhstan’s development, and safety is the cornerstone of any economic influence. Some may argue that Kazakhstan might be as peaceful, secure, and developing without membership in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO),but such rapid growth from 2001 to 2020 is probably contingent on membership in an organization created to combat terrorism, extremism, separatism. It is not wrong to say that Kazakhstan’s interactions with SCO members have been useful and productive. As a result,we may observe the emergence of a developing state with a safe and risk-free environment,as well as rising levels of cooperation and economic development. In other words,we believe that from 2001 to 2020,the SCO is playing a major role in Kazakhstan’s national security influence. But we must not forget that the Shanghai Five’s yearly meetings, negotiations, and agreement-signing began in 1996.The majority of this investigation’s technique consists of case studies and thorough process documentation. It investigates the topic from a historical, analytic, and comparative perspective. To accomplish the goals of this study,a qualitative research design will be implemented. Thus,a systematic review technique and secondary resources will be utilized to collect data. The secondary resources will consist of previously published studies, papers, systematic reviews, and reports. The gathered data will be evaluated using Thematic Analysis, one of the qualitative data analysis methodologies. The research value of this thesis is derived from the case study of Kazakhstan and the research on security cooperation in the SCO,which is undertaken utilizing a huge quantity of the most recent relevant materials. Both of these factors expand the scope of the theory. In addition, the significance of this study to all SCO members may encourage additional states to join the SCO for security cooperation inside the SCO framework. In addition, there is a need for more data that has been rigorously analyzed to establish that security is an essential component for all governments. At the very first chapter of the study, both the main argument of the thesis and the hypothesis for the research are presented. This chapter also acts as the study’s introduction. The following background information is provided as supplemental material for the study: This study, which will begin in 1996 and continue until 2020,will focus particularly on the multiple aspects of collaboration that relate to the concept of safety. This thesis will study every occurrence of collaboration and communication that occurs before the year 2020.This decision was made after considering a vast number of considerations, all of which will be explained in further detail in the following paragraphs. This master’s thesis topic will not examine ongoing contracts signed after2020.This decision was made to clarify and condense our discussion of the research topic for the master’s thesis,to help us determine the subject of the master’s thesis. Moreover,we may select a suitable research topic for our master’s thesis and continue its preparation. Also,to ensure that enough time would be available to finish at a given time.Second, numerous international variables, such as the pandemic, had an impact on the countries all over the world at the beginning of 2020.These components had some sort of relationship with one another. When the risk level in the region declines,it will be advantageous for both parties to invest more money and collaborate on a variety of initiatives. It is highly recommended that we analyze numerous parts of research, such as the formulation of a testable hypothesis and collaborative work.A deeper level of engagement on the part of Shanghai Cooperation Organization members, with Kazakhstan and the other member states receiving particular attention.Indicators that the region is becoming more secure and stable are the expansion of the economy and the conclusion of development in every sector of the territory. These assessments take into account both the economic expansion and the development of the nation. The fact that Kazakhstan is a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization lends credence to the good consequences predicted on the basis of our research’s findings and hypotheses. These outcomes were favorable since Kazakhstan is a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. To demonstrate that our argument is erroneous in an appropriate manner,we will need to collect relevant evidence. For a more precise understanding of the situation,we require data from the years preceding to,during, and after Kazakhstan’s official membership in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in 2001,as well as data from the years prior to 2020.The component of the argument that has attracted the greatest amount of discussion,The following is a summary of the research project’s proposed aims and objectives:Learning is the process of learning new information by being exposed to a range of sources and points of view.Methodology, the non-obvious structures that are taken for consideration. An inquiry into the study’s most recent findings, which were only recently made available to the public.the conclusions of the study require a significant deal of thought and consideration. This is a summary of the organizational structure that will be used in the final version of the thesis. In the second chapter,we will examine the function of the SCO within the context of the larger international community.Kazakhstan participates in both the "Shanghai Five" system and international political policies of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization as member of both organizations. In addition to the organizational and legal framework, the prerequisites for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s creation must be met for the organization to come into being SCO.Chapter 3 has the analysis,Currently,an analysis is conducted, and its scope will include a review of both the assessment of the security policy and the previously gathered information. This purpose also includes the expansion of one’s understanding of international security and the means by which it can be protected,as well as the nurturing of other cooperative security-related activities and one’s own skills in this sector.Among these include acquiring a deeper understanding of challenges to international security and countermeasures against them. The more conventional approach to sustaining international and regional security, which forms the basis of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s(SCO)planned and implemented security policy over the previous few years. The decision of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)to emphasize the anti-terrorist vector of cooperation as the primary focus of work inside the organization in the world. As a result of adopting anti-terrorist cooperation as a solution vector, several outcomes have been generated. The impact of security influence of SCO in Kazakhstan from 1996 to 2020 located in Chapter 4.The accomplishments of the strategy in other regions of the world are directly accountable for the results realized in Kazakhstan as a direct outcome of the SCO’s security policy.Coordination of the internal and foreign initiatives and the formulation of cogent long-and short-term plans Coordination across the many economic, social, and cultural fronts of the various sectors that comprise a society’s institutions. This study will address the possibilities of individuals and organizations participating in the fight against the illegal distribution of narcotics, extremism and separatism.Recent discussions have focused on the possibility of increasing the number of SCO members participating in the organization.Being a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,Kazakhstan has number of obstacles of security policy and measures to be taken to solve various aspects of security. In Chapter 5,we are given answers to all of the questions raised that have concerned us over the past chapters.
