Study On Dissemination Model Of Internet Public Opinion Under The Effect Of Media

With the popularization and development of mobile Internet, the environment of Internet media has taken place great changes. The effect of network media on the spread of public opinion is becoming more and more obvious.In this paper, in order to study the impact of the media on the dissemination of information, we assume that public opinion will be spread through three stages, including the incubation period, the diffusion period and lessen period. And we construct two types of infectious disease model and analyze the model by using stability theory. Numerical simulations are accomplished, so the theoretical analysis is verified.To make the model realistic we build the Internet public opinion dissemination model with a preventative mechanism under the effect of media by assumption that the impact of media on the Internet users can be represented using the cumulative density function of awareness programs. We analyze the model and find that the system exhibits two equilibria. if the basic reproduction number Ro<1 the disease-free equilibrium is stable, and the unique endemic equilibrium is stable too when Ro>1. Numerical simulations verify the theoretical analysis. And it also suggest that the increasing of the dissemination rate λ and implementation rate μ would lead to a reduction of the proportion of the infective population.Finally, to study the inner rule of the public opinion evolution in the diffusion period, we construct an Internet public opinion dissemination model with a discussion mechanism the effect of media by expressing the impact of media on public opinion with the concept of Enhanced Degree and Divergence. According to the analysis of differential dynamic system, the stability of the equilibrium point are proved. The result of simulation shows that relative to the Enhanced Degree, the Divergence has an even greater impact on the dissemination of Internet public opinion. When Divergence is lower than 0.5, the government has a great impact on putting down the public opinion.
