Because the Institution lack of competitive pressure from the market, the main source of income is the national finance allocates funds, the lack of improved obviously and the active learning motivation, as a result, business unit management theory and management methods will lag behind.In recent years, with the constant perfection of the socialist market economy system in our country, the system reform of institution work also in unceasing thorough, countries into the conversion of the finished part of institution reform work, and gradually the institutions to the market, enterprises also to keep pace with The Times, improve efficiency, increase competitiveness gradually become the core work of managers. Performance management as a magic weapon in the rapid development of enterprises, is now widely attention, how to adapt to the current situation, within the institutions to introduce the advanced performance management idea, the implementation of performance management, has become the most urgent tasks of the current institution.Guangxi institute of traditional Chinese medicine as a fine public welfare institution, there are many problems in performance management aspects, such as the lack of a scientific and reasonable assessment of strategic guidance, heavy form light quality, etc., to a great extent, affects the future development of the unit. Therefore, how to improve the existing problems in performance management, is the unit there is an urgent need to solve.Overview on the basic principle of performance management in the article introduced the significance of performance management, performance management methods, tools, etc., aimed at the problems existing in the performance management status quo of guangxi institute of traditional Chinese medicine, using the method of key performance indicators (kpis) method and the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), the original performance management system for the further optimization, put forward a preliminary effective performance management improvement plan.Hope that through the study of performance management of guangxi academy of traditional Chinese medicine, to solve the problems existing in the original performance management and the insufficiency, so as to promote the common development of unit organization and staff, to achieve win-win situation.
