At present, the development of China is in transition.Because of the various aspects of interests, social contradictions is growing, and public emergency is increasing as well.And combined with the network public opinion,It forms a resultant force,which will cause the unstable factors of the social order. As a local government, in the face of such rapid development of the Internet age, in the face of strong offensive network public opinion, how to improve their ability to cope with the network public opinion, improve the ability of government governance society, is an important topic which the current local government faces and huge challenges.
