At present,China is in the special period of social transformation as well as frequent social contradictions, the people extremely urgent the call and looking forward to the rule of law, the study of the rule of law helps to enrich and develop the Chinese characteristic socialism theory system of rule of law, provides scientific theoretical support for the construction of the rule of law in China. Study on the rule of law is not only a hot theoretical problem, but it is also an important practical issue,the realization of the rule of law, more through the people’s natural habits and develop the concept of the rule of law. Therefore, for research of the rule of law, not only has profound theoretical significance, also has important practical significance.Articles from the rule of law, the rule of man, legal system and other relevant concepts of comparative analysis, combed the emergence and development of the socialist rule of law and the rule of law, and summarized the content and features of the socialist rule of law by literature research and comparative analysis.Through the close relationship between the rule of the law and the law practice to analyze the development situation of China’s rule of law, Mainly from the rights awareness and legal thinking of Communist Party of China, and according to the concept of the rule of law reflected in the relevant words and deeds, in legislation, law enforcement,justice, the rule of law abiding four main practice session, I summarized the achievements and problems of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of the goal of strengthening the construction of the rule of law, the specific path of strengthening the construction of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics is explored from four aspects,which clear legislative purpose, enhance awareness of the legislation for the people, clearing government responsibility to enhance administration according to law awareness, strengthening the judicial construction to improve judicial justice awareness and building a socialist legal culture environment to enhance the legal awareness of citizens.
