Study On The Behavior Culture Construction Of Chinese Communist Party

Party culture is the ideological core of party itself and the key of development of party politics. Party behavior culture is the essential factor and external expression of party culture, which is represented as steady consciousness coming from long-term political practice. Party behavior culture of CPC is both the outcome of golden calf and spiritual values, which comes from the political practice of CPC. Even though party behavior culture of CPC has been studied as a political phenomenon for ninety years, it has not been given adequate attention as a academic problem. The CPC has accumulated massive academic and practical experience during the period of revolution and development.Behavior culture of CPC influence its behavior inveterately. People usually treat party’s behavior as criteria for evaluation to understand its nature and purpose. Traditionally, party’s behavior culture is identical to party’s style. But the fact is that those things are different abstractly and specificly. Party’s behavior culture comes from party’s theory and Party’s style is based from the development of party. This thesis tries to analysis the basic theory and historic experience of behavior culture of CPC from the prospective of culture.Behavior culture construction of CPC runs through the whole process of governing the country and itself. Currently, CPC is facing new problems during the development of behavior culture construction, which comes from lashes of multi-culture. If we do not handle this seriously while facing such problems, it will block the development of party behavior culture directly. Hence, we should make it clear that realizing the problems in behavior culture construction of CPC and searching for the path of it contributes to the theory level and practical effect of behavior culture construction of CPC.According to the basic realization and realistic demand above, what is studied in this thesis is about behavior culture construction of CPC, whose subject is CPC and field is behavior culture construction. The train of thought and study target is to heighten the realization of existing problems about developing party culture based on the basic theory of behavior culture construction of CPC. The final aim is to cultivate cultural consciousness of CPC while exploring the path of behavior culture construction of CPC.There are five parts in this thesis. The first part is introduction. Study background, significance, review, methods, innovations has been elaborated in this part, according to which starting point and essential points has been putted. The second part is about the basic theory of behavior culture of CPC. This part is about the conception of party behavior culture and the traits of it. The third part is the historic process of behavior culture construction of CPC. This part is mainly about the historic process and main experience since party building, based on which elaborating the historical background and important significance.The forth part is the realistic analysis of behavior culture construction of CPC. Such part introduces new exploration of behavior culture construction since the 18th national party congress. This part is mainly about the importance and requisite of the behavior culture construction of CPC and the existing problems from different perspectives. The fifth part is the path thinking to promote the behavior culture construction of CPC. It is believed that cultural concept is the thinking premise, organization is the important reliance, system is the effective guarantee, advanced style is the spiritual core, running in law is the effective way.
