The Study Of "Jun Shu Fa" In Song Dynasty

"Jun Shu Fa" is the first economic law enacted during "The reformation of Wang Anshi", which opened the prelude to the reform, but it was disputed and the first to be affected. The first problem to be solved of "Jun Shu Fa" is to guarantee supplies of Kai Feng. The second is to stabilize prices and to combat rich merchants. Because of the limitation of history materials, some related problems of "Jun Shu Fa" are fuzzy. For example, whether the "Jun Shu Fa" was carried out really or not? What is the influence and enlightenment of "Jun Shu Fa" which was exerted on the contemporary social change?Comparative analysis method, historical research method and literature comprehensive analysis method are adopted in this paper, which will focus on the implementation of "Jun Shu Fa" and the influence and enlightenment of "Jun Shu Fa" that was exerted on the contemporary social change. This paper firstly discusses the legislation of "Jun Shu Fa", including the development history of "Jun Shu Fa", implementation background of "Jun Shu Fa" and necessity for implement, the basic connotation including the principles, purpose, nature, and the innovation of "Jun Shu Fa" implemented by Wang Anshi; Secondly, it discusses the specific implementation of "Jun Shu Fa", including specific measures, the reaction of all parties, the differences of "Jun Shu Fa" whether "Jun Shu Fa" was carried out really or not, and the future historical course of "Jun Shu Fa" in the "Yuan You Change"; In the end, the paper discusses the historical influence of "Jun Shu Fa" including the positive influence and negative influence, the experience and the lesson, and the enlightenment to the contemporary social change.Contemporary China is constantly moving forward, but contradictions and problems are emerging, such as environmental pollution, the gap between the rich and the poor, political corruption, etc.. How to alleviate social contradictions and to keep the pace of development, we need to constantly introspective. In this paper, the ultimate goal of studying of "Jun Shu Fa" is to draw experiences and lessons, in order to provide valuable enlightenment and suggestions for the contemporary social change from the ideological level, system level and implementation level.
