Research On Wang Anshi's Thoughts Of National Governance

Wang Anshi is a significant politician and reformer in Northern Song Dynasty in China.One of his well-known reforms is Xi Ning reform which was designed to alter the anaemic economy.It was his responsibility to launch the campaign in feudal China as he was the representative literate and officialdom at that time.Wang Anshi's method of national governance is based on the practice of his reform,he critically inherited the idea of all classes of authors and developed a broad and profound goverance system.In addition,we could still find some significant enlightenment by providing a balanced appraisal to his thoughts,and introspecting the improper objects during his implement although it has been happened thousands of years ago.The state and politics run through the whole life of Wang Anshi.This paper is based on the perspective of national governance,this is a brand—new perspective,some research methods as literature research,comparison research are used as a tool.On the one hand the formation of his thoughts come from the broad and great vision of politics of reading numerous books of poetry,on the other hand it from the practice of serving people in the field of welfare.Considering the social reality,the reform,from Confucius perspective,is based on the political philosophy of ‘Tao',which is the original theory of his governance.This theory expounds its connotation features,puts forward the variable dialectics thought,and breaks the philistines to the law of the fathers immutable.What's more,Wang Anshi's governance methods,based on the principle of governing,discovered the reason of financial crisis in Northern Song Dynasty.These reasons are very,such as the improper financial management,various kinds of social and political predicament,and officials' lack of government talent.Based on this,we put forward the concept of financial management of ‘righteousness',such as Wang Anshi's educational reform of imperial examination system to select practical talents,to establish the law,to establish the good law and to make the world better.His management method,in today's point of view,is a concept of global governance.He devoted to building a new system and mechanism,changing the social customs and ethics,and gradually structureda reasonable system of governance.Wang Anshi's method of national governance is the precious resource of the history.The deeper the research is,the more it can inspire future generations.
