| As a modern rail transportation vehicle in the city, the subway greatly alleviates the traffic jams and congestion of the urban, and the passenger flow of subway is becoming larger and larger. Subway transportation started later in our country, at the same time, the subway construction has entered a rapid development period of our country. However, due to the space closed,crowded,poor survival condition, once the subway fire, it will be extremely difficult to evacuation and rescue. What is more, it is easy to cause group death as soon as the fire spread, and lead to serious economic loss. Many foreign countries have done a lot of work of fire performance for subway train, and made a very perfect standard system. Because our country started comparatively late, research of train fire safety is still stay in theoretical stage. Therefore, carrying out subway train fire performance study has important significance.In this article, a typical subway vehicle for the research, using simulation software Pyrosim establishes the model. Then using the software to simulate, on the basis of simulation results, analyzes the characteristic of fire in subway carriages. Through the analysis of the variation of heat release rate, temperature, visibility and CO concentration, study the fire characteristics of subway fire, including movement of smoke and distribution of temperature. Then aiming at different conditions with different fire power and position, study the influence on subway fire. Based on the study results, the suggestions on material selection and fire performance optimization are given.The dangers of smoke movements are analyzed on the basis of safety evacuation in the case of fire. The software Pyrosim is firstly used to simulate the fire of subway, so the Available Safety Escape Time (ASET) could be determined by the fire disaster parameters which are obtained from the simulation, including temperature, visibility and CO concentration. Then the practical fire disaster evacuation drill is carried on to calibrate the software Pathfinder, which is used to set up a corresponding model to determine the Required Safety Escape Time(RSET) in case a fire occurs in the subway. Finally, through comparing the time, the results show that:ASET>RSET. In other words, passengers inside the carriages can safely evacuation to safety area while the subway on fire. What’s more, the results also show that the parameters of the subway train such as material section,exit,escape equipment meet the requirement of fire prevention, and it can ensure the safety of passengers. |
