In the background of continuously strengthened the Government WeChat by country, the government departments at all levels have set up the Government WeChat Official Accounts, to make great efforts to build a service-oriented and transparent government. Accordingly, the Government WeChat has become a new type of government information service platform to provide a variety of livelihood services to the public.According to the date, As of the end of 2015, the government has more than 100 thousands WeChat Official Accounts. However, in the process of its development, there are still some problems in the information service for the Government WeChat Public Platform. In order to solve the problems, this paper carried out a comprehensive and in-depth study on the information service of the Government WeChat Public Platform, and analysed the current situation of the information service of the Government WeChat Public Platform. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the quality of information service of the Government WeChat Public Platform in order to put forward the feasible suggestions with practical significance.lt provides the basis for the continuous improvement of the information service of the Government WeChat Public Platform and the future development direction of the Government WeChat Public Platform. Secondly, the current situation of the information service of the Government WeChat Public Platform is analyzed.
