With the change of the Internet and the characteristics of network communication,instant messaging tools become an important way of public network communication.We Chat is one of the important ways.Official account and service number are promoted by We Chat based on the aggregate traffic.It promotes the convenience of information dissemination and service acquisition.Government departments also actively introduce this way to carry out e-government.It is convenient for social residents to handle online business and obtain government affairs information.Government departments using wechat can not only attract public attention in a more market-oriented way,but also mobilize the vitality of government affairs,and improve the convenience of service.Wechat has become one of the important ways of e-government,Improving its service quality can better serve the masses,and truly make wechat government become an efficient,convenient and fair service form.This paper uses literature analysis method to lay a theoretical foundation for research,uses questionnaire analysis method to obtain relevant data,and introduces empirical analysis method to systematically analyze and excavate the obtained data.In terms of evaluation index weight,this paper sets four investigation dimensions: ease of use,reliability,usefulness and service efficiency.From the perspective of weight distribution,the usefulness weight value is relatively high and the reliability weight value is relatively low.Further,66.30% probability of ease of use through fuzzy comprehensive judgment is "general" evaluation,the overall probability value is 50%,there is a greater possibility,while others The possibility of dimension is relatively low;reliability is 43.08%,39.33%,total exceeding 80% and the dimension is relatively good;for usefulness,67.11% is "general" evaluation and service efficiency,58.02%is "general" evaluation.In terms of countermeasures and suggestions,the government should take the user demand-oriented,optimize the service function and layout,improve the sharing and cooperation,and improve the relevant guarantee mechanism.
