Since the reform and opening up in the 1980 of the 20th century and the increasing degree of global communications.China’s accelerated the process of modernization and urbanization based on the urban-rural structure. The continuo us development of the city has expanded the scale of the corresponding industr ial chain, the demand for labor is also increasing, So more and more people i n rural areas give up the farm work at home and move to cities searching for jobs on a massive scale.However, due to the historical policy and the geographic region, provinces exhibit unbalanced economic development. And our society in the sharply trans formation period, more attention are paid into the increasment of GDP and eco nomy, leaving other related measures and policies lags behind and causing hug e gaps between urban and rural areas. Facing the restrictions of low income, i ncomplete household registration of the workers, the difficulties that rural child ren go to cites’ school, and high urban living costs, laborers have to leave thei r young children at home with their old parents, relatives or friends. All these things creating a special group that named left-behind children. Chinese popul ation migration that from rural to urban areas have last for more than 30 year s, according to the sixth national population censuses of 2010,and the national flowing population scale reached more than 260 million while the left-behind c hildren exceeded more than 58millionBased on a series of questionnaire survey, interviews, field visits and oth er means of research, this paper taked the left-behind children in Sha County as the research object and analysed their real living situation. From the survey we found that Sha County contains a large number of left-behind children wh o both have a pretty good economic condition and problems in many aspects s uch as common learning and living, behaviors and mental states. To improve t he living environment of the left-behind children and make sure their healthy g rowth in a better atmosphere, here we proposed some reform measures includin g nation, school, family and society those four aspects through the comprehensi ve analysis.
