Study On The Law-enforcement And Supervision Of Land In Fuxian

As the people’s livelihood, Land has an important position in the people’s life and social development, and the increase in land law cases, the land caused great damage.Protection of land, intensive use of land conservation is particularly important, to strengthen the work of law enforcement and supervision of land is an urgent need for sustainable economic and social development. Fuxian County, Shaanxi Province in the process of economic development, is also facing the same problem in specific land law enforcement work, these problems is how to produce, how to solve, became an urgent need to study the issue.In this paper, through the literature analysis to the domestic and foreign land law enforcement literature is reviewed, from three aspects of land law enforcement and supervision technology, land law enforcement supervision system, land law enforcement and Supervision Countermeasures of study and comparison. Through the survey obtained first hand information of Fuxian County land law enforcement, and through statistics, from the three aspects of the allocation of law enforcement officers,law enforcement procedures, illegal land use cases of Fuxian land law enforcement status are analyzed, found the problems existing in the current land law enforcement work, is a vertical management is not complete, staff mobility is poor; the second is inadequate enforcement, the lack of enforceable; third, staffing unreasonable, weak law enforcement team; the fourth is the lack of publicity, the lack of mass base; the fifth is lack of sectoral collaboration and joint law enforcement to be improved.Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the above problems. These countermeasures and suggestions will provide the basis and help for the land law enforcement work in the future.
