Research On Constuction Status And Perfecting Path Of The Primary-Level To The National People’s Congress Election Sysytem

Our government is the people’s Congress system, the basic people’ s Congress is thelogical starting point and key links of this system. Th e basic people’s Congress electionis the priority among priorities of so cialism democracy construction in our country, is the. base of the masse s to participate in state affairs in an important way, also is the foundat ion of democratic politics in china. Research on the development and evolution of the system and the current situation and has important pra ctical significance to improve the. This paper is divided into four part s, namely introduction, research thebasic level people’s Congress election system, the status quo of China’s grass-rootspeople’s Congress election system and the system improvement suggestions.The first part is an overview of the theoretical basis, mainly on t he electoral system, this text elaborated the theoretical preparation.The second part describes the basic people’s Congress election sys tem researchsignificance, from the firm of China’s political base, promot e social harmony andimprove the three aspects of people’s participation in the national initiative to specific analysis.The third part focuses on the current situation of China’s electoral system basic people’s Congress, in order to pave the way for the follo wing recommendations.
