The Study Of Comprehensive Commercial Administrative Law Enforcement Issues Of Dezhou

With the development of economy and society, business activities are becoming more and more complicated, because they are concerned with a wide range of aspects, focusing on the national development and people’s daily life. Therefore, it is urgent to set up a comprehensive business system to start the work of administrative law enforcement, which aims to solve multiple law enforcement, repeated law enforcement, the absence of law enforcement and other issues. Since 1990s, business system began to integrate administrative law enforcement power to try to make the level of law enforcement more standardized, to perfect the cooperation mechanism of law enforcement, and pilot to promote the comprehensive administrative law enforcement. As a new way and means of administrative law enforcement within the system of business, its theoretical research and practical exploration is still in its infancy. The theoretical exploration has not formed a complete system, and there still exist many problems in practice. Strengthen the business comprehensive administrative law enforcement theory research, and constantly sum up the experiences of the reality and to enhance the level of theory and law enforcement ability is of great significance and practical value.Based on comprehensive administrative law enforcement of Dezhou business, with good understanding of general rules and trends of business comprehensive administrative law enforcement, through some lessons drawn from domestic and foreign beneficial experiences, this thesis puts forward some measures to perfect the business comprehensive administrative law enforcement of Dezhou. Besides preface and conclusion, this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the summary of research. It mainly analyzes the research background of business comprehensive administrative law enforcement of Dezhou and summarizes the current research status of business comprehensive administrative law enforcement.The second part is concept definition and theoretical roots. It defines the concept of business comprehensive administrative law enforcement, analyzes the theoretical foundation and development process of business comprehensive law enforcement.The third part is the status quo and existing problems of analysis. It summarizes the progress of the business comprehensive administrative law enforcement in Dezhou, finds out the main problems, and analyzes the main causes.In Part four, the thesis makes a brief introduction of some domestic practices in business and foreign law enforcement situations in some other fields, which provides beneficial references for business comprehensive administrative law enforcement in Dezhou.The fifth part aims to explore the way to solve the problems. It puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the business comprehensive administrative law enforcement in Dezhou with some advanced concepts as the engine, such as legitimization, co-ordination, good service, informatization and responsibility. In addition, we should pay attention to the innovation of the system, the team, the mechanism, the security and the supervision system to develop integrated strength of the comprehensive power of administrative law enforcement in Dezhou.
