Mainly expounds the non-profit reprint and implied license theory,through case showed network services torts behavior of violating the right of authorship and the spreading right of information network,and the behavior of the network space provider for profit reprint,and the traditional media under network reproduced we media works without authorization for profiting.The third part: the present situation and defects of right protection related with the we media works reproduced phenomenon.This part closely combined with the new laws relevant with copyright and the repair method of dynamic, demonstrates that there are some shortages exits in how to protect the copyright of we media works,for example:lacking authorization specification, lacking relief,and the lack of copyright protection consciousness.The fourth part: the perfection of path on protection of the we media works’ s copyright which involved in reprinting. Including building more efficient authorization mechanism to standarded reprinting in different situations,to avoid unnecessary infringement; improving the use of electronic evidence in the proceedings for dredging relief channel;determine the amount of compensation reasonably to inhibit tort; make full use of the media service provider to found and inhibit tort, in order to construct a good environment of copyright protecting.
