This paper studied on the research for the county administrative agencies staff. Firstly, the paper carries on the combing of the administrative staff situation of government organization in our county, seeks for the reasons of the phenomenon that there are more administrative staffs, and proposes the necessity of job analysis for government agencies staffing; And then, by the investigation and analysis of TL county government, we determined the object of study of job analysis. Then the basic research literature on the use of methods, through questionnaires and interviews, etc, to county administrative staffing, carry out four stages of job analysis, eventually forming a set of work instructions, and as a basis for determining the quota scheme posts. Finally, the program results a simple application and inference in TL county government agencies, significantly reducing the number of administrative staffs and the number of institutions, thereby reducing administrative costs expenses. Research and development of this paper achievement regarding personnel allocation staff has provided the reference and model, and has the positive significance.
