Any kind of specific operation of the political system, not only depends on economic development, but also depends on its validity and legitimacy of the political system. However, the validity and legitimacy come from political system "software"-the political culture. Political culture as a kind of spirit category of the political society, it is the general tendency of the cognitive, emotion and value of all the elements in the political system, which Internalized in residents’heart. This subjective political psychology always reflect people’s political abilities and political behavior which dominated by these political abilities in the certain period. By studying the political culture we can describe in general the political development situation of some period or some area. Then we can take the effective way of political socialization to guide the political modernization of the political social.In China Contemporary rural is in the social transition period and all kinds of social orders are at the beginning of the deconstruction and reconstruction. This kind of social conditions continually affects people’s values. From the perspective of political science to interpret the present political development in China’s rural, the most effective way is to employ the research framework——political culture. Zhong village has the characteristics that similar to other China’s rural——-weakening traditional thoughts and modern values reconstruction, the strengthening of the marketing of economic factors, the frequent population movements and the gradually deepening social stratification——which is a microcosm of Chinese rural areas. Therefore, it is extremely important significance to research the political culture of Zhong village to explain the political development conditions of China’s rural and to guide China’s rural political modernization. The study of Zhong village political socialization found that these factors such as age, education background, family, peer group and mass media and so on influence each other, and their different micro environments that they live and their ages interaction lead to effect the political psychology of people. As a whole, it presents an intricate situation. The characteristics of political culture are still the mainstream culture in hand with the political subculture, fuzziness of political cognitive side-by-side the multiplicity of political role, Political cultural differences among different cognition of social stratum, political cognitive differences between different groups and the protruding obvious indifference of political attitude. It is the paths which make Chinese rural like Zhong village achieve political modernization that through the integration of political subculture, broadening the channel of the political cognition, innovation political culture to consolidate the new political system, improving the cadres law thinking and so on.
