The Important Motivity Of Political Modernization In The Present China: Theconstruction Of Citizen's Culture

Citizen's culture is a kind of political culture in the view of development. It is a modern form of political culture and it is a kind of participant and compound political culture. Namely, Citizen's culture, lead by participant political culture, relaxed by regionally and adhering political culture, the core theory of which is.democratic politics.It is very important to construct citizen's culture in the course of realizing political modernization. Political or democratic modernization goes with the modernization of political culture. Political system and life are difficult to realize and go on. So the construction of citizen's culture is one of the primary approach to realize political modernization.The article is made up of three parts. In the first part, the content, characters and the relation of citizen's culture and political modernization are expounded. In the second part, among the citizen's culture the disadvantageous factors and its reasons which hold back the course of political modernization are analyzed, on the base of summarizing the status of construction of Chinese citizen's culture. In the last part, the meaning, directive theory and ultimate goal are expounded, and the idiographic approach in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics are discussed.
