Political personality is the sum total of the sustaining psychological characteristics which the political subjects develop gradually in the certain traditional political culture and the political environment in the political life. It is the unity of the inside motive system (recessive character) and outside political behaviors (dominant character). Political personality being an exact political culture, it influences the social being by effecting the political person's political behaviors. An integrated and independent political personality is the sign and the starting point of the consciousness of the democratic politics. It is the essential basic factor in building socialist political civilization. Now, the ethical political personality is the major inclination in our society because of the ties of blood in the primitive society and the political culture of the Confucianism and the action of the regulation in the feudal society. With the transformation of the society, the old ethical political personality hasn't fit in with the modernization development.
