Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Group Events Of Panjin City

Facing deep economic and social transformation background in our city, the pattern of interests, values, life styles and social groups have undergone tremendous changes, set up to break the old system and the new system that has brought the huge develop ment power, it also brings a lot of social problems, the concrete in the development of social economy, fast, society continues to progress, the change of interest pattern due to the process on the other hand, the establishment of the new system, the social cont radiction and friction increase, the frictions is accumulated to a certain extent will break out, is what we call the group events. Some group events with the development of econ omy and society, the contradiction will continue to upgrade, the scale has been expande d, the enormous difficulties and challenges to the government management, incentive and even some group events is the government’s inaction, so how to improve and standardiz e government behavior, how to effectively resolve group events, is our country at all level s and the local government faces the challenging task.In this paper, from the perspective of group events in Panjin city of Panjin City, ac cording to the current situation of group events, characteristics of group events in Panji n city are summarized and concluded, and some analysis of the existing Panjin City dis posal of group events based on the cause of the problem, and the combination of dome stic and foreign treatment group events. And the lesson, to Panjin city to resolve the feasi bility of group events are analyzed, finally the actual situation of Panjin city and the do mestic and foreign experience in the practice of combining measures of group events in Panjin City, namely, engaged in before the establishent of emergency treatment mechanis m and prediction mechanism, in perfect three point supporting measures to establish and p erfect the group events prevention and control system.
