The Research On Crisis Management For Group Events In At Present Chinese Rural

China now is experiencing a profound transition that from agricultural society to industrial society, and traditional society to modern society. The adjustments on social structure and pattern of interests have brought a tremendous impact to Chinese rural areas. Some social problem which accumulated many years has exposed accordingly. Social conflicts on interest have been increasing gradually, such as the land acquisition and environmental pollution etc, and the group events in rural areas is the mainly form of Rural society conflict. Several issues both shocked domestic and abroad like MengLian events. Han Yuan events and Weng'an events have been the warning to Chinese rural society, whether can we understand and deal with the group events correctly has closely relationship to the ability of the ruling party and the Government,even the stability of rural society and the country. In this paper the author does research mainly using the combination of literature and case study methods. On the one hand, read a large number of domestic and foreign literature masterpieces on group events, and analyze the research result, then track the new information and developments accordingly. On the other hand, continue to collect some group events which published on newspapers or network based on the analysis of the literature, and analysis several typical cases systematically according to the needs of research, then extract the relevant point of view. The Author describes general theory characteristics of group events, emphatically has a discussion about the reasons caused them, they are as following:The farmers' legitimate rights and interests have been damaged; The farmers'interests expression institutional channels have been blocked; Local Government's improper actions, illegal administrations; Local government's holding stability models have shortcomings in present stage.What is more, analyze the group events mechanism of evolution after outbreak, including the whole stage of evolution, diffusion method and path ways. Finally, come up with some corresponding prevention, site disposal strategies and repair strategy based on the research of the causes of group events and its outbreak mechanism of evolution.
