Community construction problem is occurring in the process of socialist construction inour country, the community construction is increasingly developing, and communityconstruction problems still exist, it is city proper culture, economy, and the effects of spacestructure development. Based on the production of all kinds of contradictions and conflicts,all kinds of community autonomous organization, plays an important role in many aspects.Due to the community in all aspects has can’t meet the need, our country communityself-organizing ability construction problem is also in the social structure change after, andhas seriously affected the development of the community.In our country, the development of community self-organization theory later, at first, thedomestic scholars mainly it application in the field of economic, political, military and so on,later development in the field of sociology, especially community self-organization. In thispaper, we study mainly by the community itself and the problems existing in the constructionof ability, but also by many scholars research and investigation, the scientific exploration andmore rigorous research. Community of its own organization and behavior is defined as: themechanism of self organization is not only a community community, but also to thecommunity in which a kind of ability, can integrate itself with, and then to complete therelated rules of community public life.This article chooses is SPSS19.0statistical tools. Through in this paper, the theoreticalbasis, building model, questionnaire survey, empirical research, this article will existingcommunity self-organizing ability is divided into six different parts, namely the communityresource integration capability, structure and development degree of communityself-organization network, community participation, community self-management ability,ability of self service in the community and community education ability, self-discipline,dispute mediation. Also on the basis of the survey questionnaire design and extend, and usingthe technical method for data processing. Through the analysis of data obtained thecommunity residents of community self-organization ability construction of the evaluationresults, as well as the individual aspects of different factors in their situation differentinfluence to the construction of the community. And through the comparison on thecorrelation and regression, sum up out of the six ability of community construction to its positive impact. To have a profound effect on the future of the construction of community andbroad sense, through the study of the different aspects of the summary of the conclusions, canthink community self-organizing ability construction to provide theoretical reference.
