This article thought that, under the construction of ritual studyJoseon’s view of the political and cultural identity can be from two aspects of Joseon to Chinaand to their own cognitive emotional perspective combined with the investigation.On the one hand, considering from Joseon to China ’s attitude, Joseon following theMing Yi大明衣冠, there is a natural subject of Ming regime, but the Ming and QingDynasties, Joseon in the concept of " Sino-Centrism "中国中心主义on subjective will be "Chinese " and " Qing " two separate. In the political identity of the system still, as the QingDynasty as a " country of Barbarians "蛮貊之邦, in the culture alone before the king of theChinese culture先王法服is not canonical, contempt, which many of them have followedorthodox proud sense of justice, but also exists the Manchu regime legitimacy of prejudice.Through the middle of the17Century to the end of20Century Envoys燕行使者exercise inChina field experience and feeling, it is not difficult to find the relationship between cultureand the politics of identity are not included, side by side, opposite but progressive, dynamicinteraction, political sense of loss to deepen Joseon Dynasty in the culture of Qing Dynasty胡风蛮俗is full of vulgar prejudices, and cultural snobbery another nudge them to thetotalitarian politics hate. Further, through the investigation of " the Notes of Joseon Envoys toYanjing "燕行录, can be seen in each other’s face, Joseon Dynasty on the Manchu culture andpolitical identity in the gradual digestion.On the other hand, After Qing took the place of Ming, Joseon regarded Qing as a country of barbarians, the political and cultural identity was comprehensively fractured. Meanwhile,The Koreanizing Way of Chu Hsi’s Family Rituals reflected the evolution of the constructionand improvement of political and cultural system in Joseon Dynasty and the process of JoseonDynasty from “identification” to “selfhood”. This essay is based on the background of500hundreds years(1392-1910) of the spreading history of Chu Hsi’s Family Rituals in Joseon. Itexplains the process of the evolution of paradigm of theory of rituals and the transform ofprestige and introduces the formation and characteristics of the written form of Chu Hsi’sFamily Rituals in different periods in Joseon, such as General通论、Master’s opinion诸先生礼说、Questions and answers问答、Correction补苴、Stable and Change常变、Poem祝辞、Ceremony program礼式、Family Motto家范, from a cultural perspective. It alsoinvestigates the relationship between the Family Ritual and the Law of the Land in Koreafrom three perspectives: the establishment of the system of the Law of the Land in the earlierstage of Joseon; the separation of the Family Ritual and the Law of the Land in the mediumstage of Joseon; the revision of the Code and the diversity of the Civilian Ceremony士礼inthe late stage of Joseon. So as to explore the impact of Chu Hsi’s Family Rituals on theconstruction of Joseon’s own political and legal system and on the identification of Chinesepolitical culture.
