Rural left-behind children is the era of "labor economy" fostered in the new period of special special group. In essence, it is a certain level in urban and rural development in China, economic development and social development, supplement each other in the process of the present policy and strategy of the refraction of the problem. Therefore, how to objectively and fully analysis of rural left-behind children problem, as soon as possible to solve the problem of path, from theory and actual application, will for the left-behind children’s health and safety environment provides a better teaching guarantee and system guarantee.In the education, the causes of education problems and countermeasures of education problems.
