Research On The Public Service Of Mental Health Of Rural Left-behind Children

In recent years,the large increase in the number of migrant workers in China has provided the problem of “left-behind children” while providing an adequate and cheap labor force for urban construction and social development in China.These children are separated from their parents for a long time,and their mental health is worrying.Under the guidance and promotion of relevant policies,the Xiping County Government of Henan Province has also formed a certain form of mental health public service supply system for left-behind children,which plays a certain service value,but there are also many problems to be solved.Based on the literature research method,social investigation method,comparative analysis and other research methods,the article is based on the basic concepts of left-behind children,mental health services and public service provision,based on the theory of cognition,behaviorism and new public service.Taking Xiping County as an example,the issue of public service supply for mental health of left-behind children in rural areas was discussed.The article thinks that the mental health of left-behind children in Xiping County of Henan Province is generally in a normal state,but the learning anxiety,anxiety,loneliness,anxiety,and tendency of impulsiveness are prominent.The left-behind children in this area have low learning attention,obvious communication obstacles,and loneliness.The problem of poor self-esteem and poor self-control ability.And gradually formed a government-led,mental health public service supply with left-behind children's mental health public service supply with the participation of group organizations,social organizations and school units as the main body,with the guardian guiding education and left-behind children's emotional communication as the main way.The mechanism plays a role in the public service guarantee of mental health of left-behind children.However,due to the lack of attention paid by the grassroots government to the mental health public service work.The article proposes that on the one hand,the government should construct a special mental health service supply unified leadership organization,construct a systematic and strict service supply management policy system,and coordinate the implementation of service supply activity incentive mechanism and monitoring measures,so as to clearly define the main body of responsibility and follow the system.The rules and procedures and work procedures to develop mental health services.On the other hand,the grassroots government,group organizations,socialorganizations,and school units should clarify internal mechanisms and improve management systems,strengthen investigation and evaluation of social mental health services,and purchase specialized services in a targeted manner to further enhance rural areas.Mental health performance of left-behind children.
