Based On The Research For Continuously Improving Project Quality Management Of Police Training Education In Tibet

The project quality management of education is one of the important parts of project management in education and the core of the whole education project management knowledge system. The quality of Education is the lifeline of education project organization, it is able to show that whether the project succeeds and the trainees are satisfied with it or not. Along with the development of the public security education in China, the significance of the police training education has been widely recognized in Tibet. However, the police training education has become a mere form (externalism) due to the following reasons such as the indefinite training aim, incomplete training plan, inadequate regulatory mechanisms to the process of police training education, and all above-mentioned reasons make it difficult to guarantee the quality of education projects and the objectives of police training education. Facing a series of challenges, the public security organization of our country should assess the situation in grasping the trend of worldwide police reform, keep developing the public security education, meanwhile on the basis of referencing European and American police education’s advantages, the public security organization of our country also need to carry out the police training education with Chinese characteristics and with the characteristics of Tibet.This thesis discusses the use of the knowledge system, management methods, management theory of project quality in the field of public security education based on the author’s experience of nearly18years in police training education in Tibet. According to the quality cycle theory, it explains the significance of the selected topic and research content through analyzing the domestic and foreign-related literature and the research result. This thesis describes the relevant people’s task through establishing a good project management and doing the process control to improve the service in the end by improving the quality of the work. Project quality management is able to improve the management level of the total project life cycle to achieve higher customers’ satisfaction, reducing the project risk and cost.
