| L city,as a city dominated by ethnic minorities and inhabited by many ethnic groups,has great pressure on maintaining stability and a severe and complex public security situation.The double pressure makes the public security organs of L city more arduous in ensuring social security and safeguarding national political security,which requires that the overall quality,law enforcement level and comprehensive combat ability of the police staff of L city public security organs must be improved to adapt to the current complex social situation.Police training is an important measure to implement talents to strengthen the police,is an important means to strengthen the construction of the police force and improve the police ability of police staff,and is the key to determine the level and effect of police work.In the face of the changing domestic and international situation and social security situation,police training should also be constantly improved to meet the actual needs of police staff to carry out police work.On the basis of constantly summing up the previous experience in recent years,L city public security organs have constantly explored and summarized the police training methods in line with their own development,and gradually formed a police training model with their own characteristics.Based on the practice of police training in L city public security organs,this paper collects relevant data and data by using case study method,observation method,interview method and other research methods.Through interviewing the organizers,trained personnel,instructors and other participants in police training,it is found that there are problems in the training systematicness,supply and demand balance and training mode of police training in L city public security organs.The reason for the above problems lies in the lack of positive training concept and effective incentive mechanism.on the basis of analyzing the reasons,this paper comprehensively applies the theory of no growth and improvement of police force,the theory of lifelong education and the theory of systematic training,and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the police training of public security organs in L city from the aspects of training mechanism,training concept,training guarantee,training curriculum setting and training mode. |
