Facing these changes, it is very important tostrengthen the scientific and efficiency police training in order to improve thecapability of rising to the occasion and the quality the police.Scientific and efficiency police work hinges on quality assurance of the policetraining. The police training has great difference with those social training. It involvesthe national safety, criminal reshapement, prison productivity and police building.
