The Improve Countermeasures Of A City’s Security Work On Big Guard Pattern

The guard work is a specialized work in police system. Normally people may consider the guard work and social life as little connection. However, in real society system, they are highly associated. Society has brought new assignments and challenges to the guard work. In global view, peace and development play an important role in the word, however, hegemonism still exists. With the religion and people conflicts level up, terrorism intensified increasingly. In China, Xin Jiang’s’three forces’, ’tibet independence’, ’Fa Lun Gong’, and Taiwan independence’ are potential threats right now. On the other hand, bad behaviors could not be terminated immediately. Recently, group affairs caused by national conflict highly affects people’s social life. All the factors could be the potential threats. If these factors are used by the enemies, the guard work will be affected.Recently, A City has an increasingly number on the economy and the comprehensive strength. A City are expanding the influence in Liaoning area. However, negative factors that could affect the guard work still exist. Rapidly development of economy brings both the life improvement and potential threats. The threats consist of internal contradictions, high incidence of public security and the fight against the enemy in the new century. These three factors should be considered because they made the public safety unstable. With such a background, improving guard work is particularly important.Through the analysis and research of literature, the author find out the current situation of domestic and foreign guard work. Based on the local investigation, the author also find out the main threats of the social life, the organization form, the work schedule, and the existing problem. Through the interview, the author would like to provide some advice on’great guard’ in A City.-With analyzing the examples, the author would like to paraphrase the importance of the guard work. According to the overall situation of social security in A City, the author design the ’great guard’ plan. The author also will analyze a serial number of problems(lack of the human resource, weapons, intelligence and sepcialization.), and provides the improvement of the guard work in A City. Therefore, the guard work in A City could be improved.
