Research On The Self-Supervision Problems Of The Discipline Inspection And Supervision Cadres

Since the Eighteenth Party Congress, the status and role of the discipline inspection and supervision organs have been increasingly improved, but as criminal cases appear in the discipline inspection and supervision cadres, "who is watching the Discipline Inspection Commission?" becomes a widespread social concern. The discipline inspection and supervision organs take on the duties of inner-Party supervision and administrative supervision, which have the superior public power to other rights. But the lack of regulatory balance will easily lead to corruption. With the requirement for a loyal, clean and responsible discipline inspection and supervision cadre, it is with great significance to establish a scientific supervision system for improving the inner-party supervision, supporting the fight against corruption, and securing the social stability and development of the local economy.This paper firstly reviews the basic contents and development of the team building of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres, and summarizes the connotation and development of their self-supervision. Meanwhile, it supplies a theoretical basis for it. Secondly, taking the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in Wuhai City as a case, it conducts a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of their team building and self-supervision, finds and resolves problems. And then, it gains some inspirations after this case analysis. Finally, learning from the advanced practices of other countries and regions, it puts forward suggestions on strengthening their discipline inspection and supervision cadres from the aspects of team building, public affairs disclosure, and the improvement of internal and external regulatory organizations and mechanism.
