Research On The Evaluation Optimization Of The Construction Of Party Conduct And Clean Government Under The Background Of Supervision System Reform

It is a systematic project to carry out the assessment and evaluation of clean government construction and anti-corruption work,involving responsibility decomposition,responsibility implementation and later assessment and evaluation.The practice over the years has repeatedly proved that evaluation plays a vital role in the construction of a clean government.With the deepening of the reform of the supervision system,new requirements have been put forward for the assessment of clean government,which needs to be improved in theoretical research and practical work,In recent years,the H provincial authorities have strengthened practice and innovation in carrying out the inspection and assessment of the implementation of the responsibility system for the construction of party conduct and clean government,and formed many excellent systems and methods,but there are still some outstanding problems,which need to be further improved.This paper takes the inspection and assessment of the responsibility system for the construction of party conduct and clean government in H provincial organs as a case study,and puts forward corresponding views and suggestions in close connection with the practical problems in the evaluation of the responsibility system for the construction of party conduct and clean government.First of all,this paper mainly expounds the background of the responsibility system assessment and supervision system reform,the significance of improving the responsibility system assessment,research methods and framework.Secondly,on the basis of literature review,this paper establishes the research direction,and provides theoretical support for the research by integrating the relevant theories of strict party governance,power supervision and performance management.Thirdly,this paper briefly describes the current situation of the responsibility system assessment of party conduct and clean government construction in H Province,mainly introduces the relevant situation of the responsibility system assessment of party conduct and clean government construction in H Province in recent years.On this basis,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the problems in the assessment of the responsibility system for the construction of party conduct and clean government in H provincial organs,and makes a statistical analysis on the questionnaire data.It mainly summarizes the main problems in the assessment and evaluation of H provincial organs,combs out the shortcomings in the work,and makes an in-depth analysis of the problems.The main problems and reasons are as follows:political understanding It needs to be improved,assessment methods need to be optimized,team building needs to be strengthened,and supervision needs to be improved.Finally,on the basis of theoretical and practical research,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the inspection and assessment of the responsibility system for the construction of Party style and clean government in H provincial organs,mainly including the following points:first,innovate the concept of the assessment;second,enhance political understanding;third,improve the implementation mode of the assessment;fourth,improve the evaluation index of the responsibility system;fifth,strengthen the team construction;sixth,strengthen the construction of the team Application of assessment results.In short,this study seeks to explore an optimized path in line with the characteristics of provincial organs for the assessment and evaluation of the responsibility system of party conduct and clean government construction under the new situation,and make contributions to the party conduct and clean government construction and anti-corruption work of provincial organs.
