| With the rapid development of Internet technology,the number of chinese net citizen tend to express their own opinion,suggestion,attitude and emotion from from the Internet which is more open, more timely,more efficient and more interactive.A collection of net citizen in the network to express their demands in the form of network public opinion.As an important dapartment of the government, the public security organs in addition to its statutory functions,more and more involved in the demolition,land acquisition to assume,transformation and so many non-police activities,these activities often involve the vital interests of the masses, it is pushed in the teeth of the storm of media attention on the top. In this paper, taking Gansu Province as an example, in recent years, the public security organs in Gansu province pay high attention to deal with and disposal of police-involved network public opinion,,but in the actual work of police-involved network public opinion inresponse to the police are still thinking and understanding is not in place, improper disposal, disposal mechanism is not perfect and so on a series of problems and deficienties,the existence of these problems greatly reduce the efficiency and effectiveness of the public security organs to deal with the police-involved network public opinion.This paper makes a systematic analysis on the basic features of police-involved network public opinion, and the meaning of management, through the analysis of police-involved network public opinion, to analyze the reasons for the problems in dealing with the disposal of network public opinion and the police presence, put forward Gansu province to deal with the police-involed network public opinion main measures and suggestions to deal with the police, in order to achieve the network public opinion from passive to active, and minimize the harm caused to society reality of such events and effects, at a creat safe Gansu service. |
