In recent years, China has made great progress on human rights issues, but also has great potential to improve. Protection of the rights of criminals in prison is an important part of human rights protection. Therefore, the protection of the rights of prisoners and promote their return to society have great significance.How to treat prisoners, prison is an important task facing law enforcement is to protect the rights of inmates.
