Flipped classroom model is a breakthrough in digital era, the teaching idea, is also an important contemporary classroom teaching mode innovation. It has two basic characteristics: one is the spread of the Internet and computers are widely used, the second is the student really to become host of the study. Common in Chinese language teaching in Japan there is a teacher’s classroom discourse is overmuch, the phenomenon of insufficient learners openings. Generally agree with the teaching Chinese as a foreign language group "earnestly practice", "live earnestly practice" runs counter to the principle of teaching, has also led to the Japanese learners to slow development of Chinese listening and speaking skills. To improve this situation, the author tried to turn the Flipped Chinese classroom model, this applies to Japan’s Chinese teaching "text teaching" and "advanced seminar ", and probes into the teaching process fully, combined with the questionnaire survey, found that flip the use of classroom, both help to boost Japan’s Chinese language learners’ confidence, also helps to improve Chinese learners’ oral communication skills, more promote the learner’s interest in learning Chinese classroom attendance. Studies have shown that flip the Chinese class teaching mode has played a good at learning Japanese, than to the role of the personality characteristics, but also to help the Japanese learners to overcome inside collect, not willing to try to express this actively in front of people.This paper also puts forward the implementation in Flipped Chinese classroom model, teachers and students and faces some problems. Whether teachers have professional dedication and work quality, whether to have the ability to make teaching video technology and so on are the premises of implementing Flipped Classroom Model; And students will be able to active learning, the classroom before class, such as being able to actively participate in turn directly determines the effect of classroom. At the same time, according to the feedback of teaching practice, Chinese classroom should not only pay attention to avoid the classroom into a rehash of recitation, also should pay attention to make the classroom into free practice sessions. Flip the implementation of the classroom, to avoid rigid stereotyped tendency, but should be based on the international situation of Chinese teaching, local practice and innovation, as to enhance the level of Japan’s Chinese teaching.
