| Discourse anaphora, one of the important ways of discourse cohesion, is also an essential means to assure the discourse coherence. For foreign students from the central Asian who learn Chinese as a second language, an unavoidable issue faced by them during the discourse learning is the discourse anaphora function of pronouns.Problems such as long-winded, duplication, and inconsistency often occur when foreign students learn and use discourse, mostly due to that they can’t use discourse anaphora, especially pronouns anaphora, correctly. Pronouns play a vital role in discourse cohesion.This paper takes foreign students from the central Asian as research object, and adopts the bias analysis, induction, comparison research method. Based on the articles with 7~8 million words written by the central Asian students as corpus, analysis and statistics of using pronouns anaphora are made. This paper shows the mean reason of wrongly using the pronouns anaphora by the central Asian students, and proposes the teaching strategy accordingly. Hope this paper is workable for pronouns anaphora in the TCFL. |
