Multinational Company Environmental Ethics Responsibility Study On China

Multinational companies also began to more and more,its products are sold to developing countries or in developing countries with research and development products,and a series of ethical problems of multinational companies is the process of gradually exposed,they will be the largest production base for polluting amount of labor transfer in China, and the international capital flows and cross-regional collaboration,in many cases of multinational enterprises can hedge the obligation of international labor laws and regulations and sanctions,also make it hard for them to get the law of host countries, in order to gain more profit,this often caused the production base of environmental destruction.This article mainly USES the method of combining theory and practice of research,the problem of multinational corporations in China ethics responsibility on environmental ethics theory framework,with environmental ethics theory for the analysis of multinational corporations in China. Starting from the problem to analyze the causes of the problem and find the method to solve the problem further,will combine environmental ethics theory and the specific problem solving. At first this article clarify the core concept of multinational corporations in China on the basis of the present situation of the performance of the environmental ethics,the existing problems and cause of the profound analysis, explore the multinational companies in China to perform the countermeasure of environmental problems,this paper argues that multinational corporations in China has been made on the corresponding problems in the performance of environmental ethics,they begin to attach importance to environmental ethics responsibility,environmental ethics,and formulate thecorresponding monitoring the implementation of standards,the initiative to put profits into environmental protection,secondly,this paper argues that multinational corporations in China and the corresponding problems,such as the deficiency in the system of information disclosure,internal management is not perfect,the unreasonable performance,regulatory barriers between sovereign states. The causes are imperfect laws and regulations, lack of the cultivation of cross-cultural management.Again,this paper argues that to solve this problem because the from to strengthen the management of multinational environmental ethics responsibility of government function,strengthen the multinational companies environment ethics responsibility in the guiding role of the market,improve the execution of environmental ethics, perfecting the information disclosure and so on Angle put the interests of multinational corporations in China and the current and long-term social interests balance,make the growth of multinational corporations in China health in our country.
