A Study On The Great Culture Projects Performance Evaluation

Culture is increasingly important in global competition, creativity and cohension improving, and contraction solving. Governments are paying attention to the construction of public culture serving system. And great culture projects are important steps of improving public culture service. In recent years, Chinese governments are pouring much money and resources in construction of great culture project, and having some special results. While some problems also come out. In order to access the great culture projects and improving the ability of our country’s public culture service, building up a comprehensive access system is very important.In this paper, some concepts will be defined, like great culture project, public culture, and public culture service. And this paper will build up great culture project access model, and analyze Xiang Shan. According to the systematic research, we found Xiang Shan has some problems like:the ability of the workers and need to improve, the participation rate need to increase, government system need to be better, and public culture resources need to update. According to the problems, we suggest the government need to make the human resources system better, attract more people attending, reform the government system, make more attractive culture resources, construct digital culture, and make more access.
