The Research On Guan L(u|¨) And His Writings

Guan Lu was the main writer and editor of two history book of Hong Zhi Ning Xia Xin Zhi and Jia Jing Ning Xia Xin Zhi.He had certain influence in Ning Xia in Jia Jing period of the Ming Dynasty.The works of Guan Lu, which have been handed down, is often seen in the old local history books of Ningxia and excavated documents mainly in the forms of inscriptions, commentaries and epigraphs. With the increasing abundance of the studies concerning the old local history books of Ningxia and excavated documents, the studies of Guan Lu’s inscriptions and epigraphs are relatively complete. This thesis tends to comb all these documents comprehensively and intensively, in order to bring convenience to reference and the use.The first part of this thesis is the introductions on Guan Lu’s life. Guan Lii, also named Yingshao,who styled himself Yunzhuang or Helanshanren.The works of Guan Lu, which have been handed down, is often seen in the old local history books of Ningxia and excavated documents mainly in the forms of inscriptions, commentaries and epigraphs. With the increasing abundance of the studies concerning the old local history books of Ningxia and excavated documents, the studies of Guan Lu’s inscriptions and epigraphs are relatively complete. This thesis tends to comb all these documents comprehensively and intensively, and to collect and collate three pieces of articles of Guan Lu, in order to bring convenience to reference and the use.In the sixteenth year of Jiajing, Guan L Lu systemized his notes into 16 volumes of Yun Zhuang Za Lu Bei Yi. This set of books contains huge amounts of information concerning history, geography, politics, characters, culture and art, reflecting directly Guan Lu’s academic background and views, which is the important first-hand document in studying Guan Lu’s ideas. The more important part comes to the last part. That is, to collate and note accurately and detailedly on the whole book so as to provide the readers with a relatively complete and convenient text to read and refer to. This study tends to fill the blank in studying the works of ancient people in Ningxia, in order to vary the studies of this field and to expand the vision of the research.
