| Focuses on the specialties of popular music professional of Sichuan Conservatory of Music, this thesis explores the concept of popular music and the meaning of subculture. By comparing the specialties of pop music of Sichuan Conservatory of Music and Berklee College of music, the current situation and shortcomings of popular music in professional music education in our country were thinking.This thesis consists of four parts:The concept of popular music is analyzed and the development of subcultures of the youth is detailed (a typical case of the United States) in the first part.In the second part, we analysis the differences of subject setting between the traditional and contemporary conservatory school of music, introduces the development of the early stage of the music school and the discipline classification, curriculum. And take the Berklee College of music as an example, we introduced the school running mode of contemporary music and compared with early music academy.In the third part, taking Sichuan Conservatory of Music as an example, this thesis analyzes the school’s pop music professional Settings, by analyzing the subject classification, training objectives, curriculum, faculty, it is concluded that the pop music professional discipline characteristics.The fourth part discusses the social influence and future trend of pop music of the Sichuan Conservatory of Music. Through analysis of successful example in the field of pop music about Li Yuchun, The future trend of popular music in Sichuan Conservatory of Music is predicted and thought. |
