The research object is saying of textboook of New Practical Chinese Reader. The first part is the first chapter of the article. In the part, I Introduced the body of saying and study in the scope of chinese as a second languge. I seriously statistic and analyze these sayings. Define them simple concept and divide them in some sorts.The second part inciudes the second and third chapter two blocks content. In the second part, I statistic and analyze all sayings of this textbook. And on the basis statistc, classify and analyze. Dividing them into idiom, idioms, slangand proverbs. First, according to the three categories of their semantic features, analyzing their semantic clarity and emotion. Classifying the semantic transparency into completely transparent, more transparent, more obscure and totally abscure. Dividing their emotion into commendatory, derogatory, neutral. In the third chapter, I analyze the presentation of all sayings in the textbook. According to some study of language and idioms. Dividing their presentation into vocabulary presentation, chunks, semantic field,semantic situation. According to the result of analysis, explaning their advantage and deficiency. At last, we analyze the practice about these sayings. We think, the most problems of them is following aspects. Their count is less, and their type is also somple. In finally,I analyze the repetition rate of these sayings. According to principles of language acquisition and the second language acquisition, explaining these impacts of repetitionrate about sayings. The third part is the last chapter of this article. On the basis of the second part, We put forward the corresponding teaching strategies, according to our question of semantic aspect, layout aspect, practical aspect. We believe, we should put forward corresponding teaching and learning methods on basis of transparency and emotion characteristics. From choreography aspect. Teachers can increase the number of presentation and reproduction rate of their own sayings, if the material for the saying of choreography slightly is lack. We can boost learning efficiency through such approaches. Finally, we think that, the most biggest problems of the textbook is that the practical number is low, and the type is also simple. These problems demond teachers have high teaching level. At the last of the paper, we make a number of recommendations and teaching strategies.
