PSAs as a propaganda tool not only represents a city’s image, but also a profound impact on the moral quality of urban citizens. With the development of society and technology, PSAs presented in the form of gradual diversification. Our PSAs relatively late start, although the momentum of rapid development in recent years, but the overall mode of operation is not mature enough and perfect. As the capital, Beijing, is a fusion of traditional and modern international metropolis, the development of its outdoor advertising with respect to the public service of other cities more mature, but in the development process there are many problems. In this paper, the status quo from the Beijing Public outdoor advertising development, innovation and development strategies, prospects and other aspects of development are discussed. By Beijing outdoor PSAs main areas of investigation and analysis to find out the existing problems and the solutions to this problem, the main line of innovation for the future development of Beijing outdoor PSAs are explored, and draw on advanced foreign management experience and design, in order to provide reference for the development of China’s outdoor PSAs.
