With the rapid development of China’s education, foreign students that major in western medicine have become the second largest study group only to the Chinese language major. And the undergraduate education of Western medicine is mainly adopted in English teaching mode. For this part of students, medical Chinese teaching plays an important role in the clinical probation and improving the quality of education of foreign students in Western medicine. Textbook is the main basis for teaching and learning, and only two sets of publishing Chinese medical materials are commonly used, while many problems exist in the progress of using. So there is a need to constantly improve the Chinese medicine textbooks.In this article, the writer takes "Medical Chinese-Internship" and "Practical Medical Chinese-Clinical" as the research subjects, and analysis and compare the textbook compilation of two textbooks from text, vocabulary, practice and so on, in order to investigate the compilation of the two sets of medical Chinese textbook. According to the analysis of the compilation, the writer summarizes the redeeming features and the areas need to be improved. The writer provides some suggestions for compilation of medical Chinese, looking forward to offer some reference for the medical Chinese teaching material construction and teaching, on the basis of the summary of the comparative analysis of the two textbooks and the reality of medical Chinese teaching and textbooks using.
