China is a cultural giant, a country with civilized history of 5,000 years, who gives us a plenty of cultural heritage and recourses. In the recent years, cultural related consumption formed a significant part of the living consumption as a result of our cultural productivity achieving an all-time development based on the deepened reformation of cultural system and the increasing stimulus of cultural industry on our economy development. Albeit the abovementioned development, there are low-efficient elements such as the imbalance between the demand and supply of cultural products, flawed intellectual property rights protection mechanism, issues in relation to the cultural and art products speculation, etc., the existence of which have material impact on the allocation of cultural resources in China. Therefore, it became a focus of the government, the academe and the industry as to the rectification of the outstanding issues in relation to the allocation of cultural resources and how to ensure the decisive factor of the cultural market on the allocation of cultural recourses.This article will be discussing a new platform for the cultural products, i.e. China Cultural Assets and Equity Exchange ("CCAEE"), through analysis on the business model and form of the CCAEE, to find out a way to promote the efficiency of cultural resources allocation via CCAEE.
