The Research Of Shenyang Metro Culture Construction

Recently, with the rapid development of metro industry, the metro in many domestic cities has been operated. Under the guidance of national policy, the call of prosperity and development of socialist culture according to the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, the construction of metro culture is gradually being taken seriously. Shenyang metro culture construction has also achieved a certain degree of achievements, but also has a few problems. The existing problems are found through the summarization of Shenyang metro culture construction’s present situation and the causes are studied, then coping strategies of Shenyang metro culture construction are put forward, thereby development of metro culture can be promoted.This paper uses the new public service theory, public goods theory, theory of city culture and the communication culture system theory, and uses literature study, inductive method, field survey and comparative analysis, analyses the current development of Shenyang metro culture construction, and existing problems systematically. Then it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures concerning these problems.In the beginning, this paper elaborates contents from following aspects:the research of Shenyang metro culture construction’s background and significance; research status both at home and abroad; research ideas and research methods. This section mainly expounds definition of transportation’s culture and system, as well as metro culture and its construction. Four necessary theoretical basis are pointed out: the new public service theory, public goods theory, theory of city culture and cultural system. In the third chapter, main problems existing in the process of Shenyang metro cultural construction are introduced. This part discusses current situation of Shenyang metro culture construction, existing problems in the construction and reasons of the problems. Some positive and effective approaches are introduced with the other abroad and domestic urban metro construction experience for reference.Next concerning the problems of Shenyang metro culture construction, countermeasures and methods to solve the problem are studied from following aspects:Development of metro policy culture; improving the metro facilities; raising the city cultural grade; advocating metro culture and promoting social civilization; attaching safety awareness to metro culture; promoting the sustainable development of ecological culture to establish circulation mechanism; metro culture construction system and security. Finally summary of Shenyang metro cultural construction’s strategy is summarized.
