On The Application And Research Of The Service Of Shenyang Metro Guide System

Today,with the development and progress,people's demand for material life and culture is higher and higher,but also has a fast pace of life.In a fast-paced life,people have a certain demand for the rapidity and time-saving of transportation.Therefore,as a representative of the rapid transportation tools,subway becomes an indispensable means of transportation for people today,which is inseparable from our daily life Points.This paper is based on the field survey of Shenyang Metro Line 2 and the materials collected from normal university station,so I get the research purpose and direction of this paper.This paper references and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the guide service of different cities at home and abroad,and provides more authoritative,perfect and scientific design experience for the design of Shenyang Metro.As the research direction of this paper I choose service as the focus,so I summed up the shortcomings of Shenyang Metro in this aspect through field investigation.In terms of design concept,I mainly focus on service-oriented design concept,and analyze the value and significance of service-oriented Metro Guide system.In terms of design scheme,I mainly supplement and improve the guidance system for special population in terms of cost saving and easy operation,because I think the guidance system for normal general population can play a basic role in guiding vision,and special population needs more care,so my design scheme is more inclined to special population.In addition,I pay more attention to the use of color in my design scheme,because good use of color can simplify the design and play a better role at the same time.And I think this kind of service guide system can be used in different public service places in the future,such as schools,hospitals,bus stations and other places,which will be convenient for people's guide system to continue to develop.At the same time,I hope our guide design with innovative ideas can make more and more progress,and can bring our country's design to a new height.This paper is based on the analysis and research of the guide system of domestic and foreign excellent countries and cities,combined with the field investigation of the local characteristics and existing problems of the existing guide system of Shenyang Metro,and puts forward the design concept of the guide system of Shenyang Metro.I hope that this paper can provide some experience and ideas for the Metro Guide System in various regions,and can be applied and developed in the future.
