From 1618 to 1644 AD, the Ming Dynasty and the Later Jin (Qing Dynasty) launched a fierce competition in Liaodong region. At the forefront of the struggle against the swift and members of the Ming dynasty, an important influence on both sides of the struggle situation.Huang Tai Ji deep tell the truth,and set out to reform the ethnic discrimination policy from the beginning of the succession. Huang Tai Ji began to placate the people of Han and let Han officers to join the Later Jin (Qing Dynasty).In the fierce conflicts between Ming and Qing Dynasty,the strength of the Later Jin (Qing Dynasty) became stronger Since the Han Officials added and won the war finally.It can be inferred that the Han officers group of Qing taizong’s period has an important influence to the political and war of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.This article will use three parts to discuss the making and role of Han officials during Emperor Taizong of Qing. The first part introduces the the making background of the Han officers through the adjustment to Han officials since his accession,mass integration caused by frequent wars between Ming and Qing and Huangtaiji’s deep desire for competent officers. The second part describes main resources of Han officers and their work in the administration to indicate their position structure and importance. The Han group came into being during Qing Taizong period. The last part discusses Han officials scored a major achievement to Later Jin (Qing Dynasty) in politics,military affairs and culture in Qing Taizong period and made an important contribution to the development of Later Jin (Qing Dynasty)...
