With the continuous development of relations between China and Nepal, and more frequent personnel exchanges between the two countries, especially every year, a large number of chinese tourists choose to travel to Nepal, based on the needs of cultural and commercial exchanges, Nepal has a certain amount of people have a strong desire to learn the Chinese language. From the beginning of 2005, Hanban send a certain number of Volunteer Chinese teachers to Nepali primary and secondary schools to teach chinese langugage each year,and has achieved certain results. But the pronunciation of Nepali primary and secondary school students have some common errors which are so hard to resolve,and there are not enough papers analysis on them.and also lack theoretical support.Some of them just base on the teaching experiences and put forward some teaching strategies. When Nepali students learn Chinese,they do not have clear extend to overcome the errors,and just passive acceptance and imitation,which seriously affected the nepali students’ further Chinese learning. From the teaching experiences in Nepal, I find that based on the diefferences of Chinese and Nepali language,try to solve the problems of Nepali students’ errors in Chinese pronuciation is useful,and has achieved a good teaching results. For the solve of the Chinese speech problems in Nepali students,this paper attempts to seek a breakthrough from the differences of Chinese and Nepali phonetic system,and hope to provide a certain reference for the follow-up chinese volunteer teachers in Nepal.This paper mainly consists three parts: the contrast of consonants,vowelsand hannibal voice tone of two languages. The consonant and vowel parts of the two languages mainly discuss the similar but different parts in fact.and in the tone part,the author puts forward some feasible teaching methods,which are used to guide the Chinsese volunteer teachers’ teaching activities.Finally, the author makes a simple summary, and from the subjective and objective view of the two macro level for the current situation and problems of the Chinese teaching in nepal.
