Franz Liszt is one of Europe’s main representative figure of the romantic style in the 19 th century, who is a famous pianist, composer, educator and conductor.Liszt’s most brilliant success stems from piano,first of all,he is known as the "king of the piano" with his superb performance skills,furthermore,he created a large number of piano works,which were the important part of the piano music library.Among Liszt’s piano works, "travel days" is well worth mentioning.This work was createdwhen Liszt traveled all over the world, unlike those brilliant virtuoso piano works, the work reflects more the perception of life, with high ideological and artistic value.This paper discusses the "Obermann Valley”,which is the six head of "Swiss"in"travel days".The work not only has technical difficulty but also has the depth of thought.Large number of pianists would play this track. This article is divided into three parts, the first part will be creation background. The second part will conduct a music analysis. The third part will carry on playing interpretation.
