Study On The Relationship Between Stress Perception, Perceived Organizational Support And Job Involvement In Psychiatric Doctors And Nurses

In this paper, Harbin and other seven cities of 10 360 medical workers in a mental hospital as the research object, the psychiatric nurses perceived stress, perceived organizational support and job involvement of the status quo of questionnaire survey, and on the basis of analysis of variance, after inspection, across hierarchy mediation effect of statistical methods, such as the comprehensive and in-depth analysis.Research shows that: the psychiatric nurses perceived stress in the average level, perceived organizational support are below average level, job involvement level is not high. At the same time, perceived stress, perceived organizational support and job involvement their significant differences in the demographic variable. First of all, psychiatric nurses perceived stress and its two dimensions tension and out of control in the average level, perceived stress in family structure, level of education and position exists obvious difference; Second, psychiatric nurses perceived organizational support overall level is low, its three dimensions work support, value identification and care benefits are lower than average. Perceived organizational support on the marital status and gender exist obvious difference. The psychiatric nurses job involvement and its three dimensions(energy, focus and dedication) level slightly higher than the theory of medium level, and family health care workers have significant overhead work input level is lower.Psychiatric nurses perceived stress, perceived organizational support and job involvement significant correlation between the three. First of all, the perceived stress effects on job involvement is through the hospital level of perceived organizational support on the intermediary role to complete; Second, the pressure of consciousness to the work into negative prediction function; Finally, perceived organizational support on job involvement has positive role.Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, this study put forward the following Suggestions:â… .
